All is set for the first Nigeria Professional Football League board consultative meeting with the club’s ahead of the upcoming season.
The meeting is billed for Thursday, August 3, at the Sandralia Hotel in Abuja.
The Chief Operating Officer of the NPFL, Davidson Owumi, disclosed that the meeting is between the newly appointed board and the 20 clubs chairmen/general managers in the league.
Owumi hinted that at the top of the agenda for the meeting is the format of the 2023-24 NPFL season.
The meeting will also avail the new board the opportunity to share their vision and strategy for the new season.
The NPFL is returning this season with live streaming of games, which can be accessed through mobile devices in Nigeria and across the globe.
The NPFL is billed to kick-start on August 26.
